1.Copyright

1.1 The Iraqi Insurance Diwan, (IID), owns the copyright and any other rights in all material on this site other than any third party stock images (such as photographs) and other material as indicated.

1.2 You may print and download extracts from this site on the following conditions: l

1.2.1 1 the documents and related graphics on this site are for personal use or for use within an individual organisation; any copies of these pages that you save to disk or to any other storage medium may (subject to the exception referred to at 1.2.4 below) can only be used for subsequent personal viewing purposes or for viewing within the organisation or organisation by which they are saved or stored;

1.2.2 any extracts which are printed, may only be used for personal viewing or for viewing within the organisation or organisation by which they are printed (subject only to the exception referred to at 1.2.4 below;

1.2.3 neither pages saved to disk or stored in any way, nor extracts printed, may (subject to the exception referred to at 1.2.4 below) be distributed to third parties or sold or otherwise circulated for profit;

2.1 While the IID tries to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, the IID will not be liable if, for any reason, the site is unavailable for any period of time.

2.2 Access to this site may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice.

4.2 These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Iraqi Law.

5.1 If you intend to publish material from this site, to use it in promotions, advertising or product literature or in some other form in the public domain, then you must comply with the following terms.

5.2. The copyright notice (i.e. © The Iraqi Insurance Diwan must appear in all copied material.

5.2.1. The date that the IID last updated the information (as indicated on the IID website) must be stated clearly on all copies, with the IID website address, for example "Information taken from the IID's website address http://www.iraqinsurance.org as at [date]".

5.2.2. The publication must not imply any IID endorsement of any organisation, product or service.

6.1 The IID reserves the right to make changes or updates to the site at any time without notice.

7. Privacy Policy:

7.1 The following statement explains the IID’s policy regarding the Personal Information the IID may collect about you. The IID adequately protects this information.

7.2 Statement of Intent: When communicating with the IID you may be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. your name, organisation or company name, address and email address, etc.) in order to receive or use the services provided by the IID.

7.2.1 By supplying details to us, the IID may be able to provide you with the services or information that you request. The IID reserves the right to perform analyses of data collected so that it can improve its services. The IID will act in accordance with current legislation on gathering and storing personal information.

7.3 Personal Information: The policy of the IID is to deal with data collected in accordance with the requirements of current Iraqi legislation.

7.4 Conflicts in and changes to these terms: The IID reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify the “Terms of Use” (including those relating to your use of this site). When terms are changed, the IID will publish details of the changes by including them in the Terms of Use. Therefore you should review this part of the site periodically so that you will be aware of any such changes. If you use the site after the IID has published any changes, you are then agreeing to be bound by those changes. If you do not wish to be bound by those changes, you should cease to use this site.
